The tutor role will be to enhance the educational experiences and the academic interests of students, prepare them for the SAT/ACT, and assist in their college admissions process.
No formal teaching qualification required, but experience working with young people (tutoring, volunteering etc.) or an interest in a future career in teaching is preferable.
You will be working with a small team of educators. The role will primarily consist of tutoring one-on-one outside of school hours.
Fully remote, but proximity to educational hubs (e.g. New York, Los Angeles) preferred.
Would suit creative, open-minded, adaptable, curious, and flexible thinkers with a sense of humor, ability to think on your feet.
