    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver in-person academic support across high school level humanities and STEM subjects

    • Embed executive-function strategies and social-emotional learning in day-to-day instruction

    • Serve as a steady mentor, setting goals and holding students accountable

    • Lead extracurricular programming, including a Financial Literacy Club and the Stock Market Game

    • Coordinate closely with caregivers and a wider team of educators to keep students on track

    Ideal Candidate

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Tutor Team Oversight & Professional Development

      • Lead tutor recruitment and conduct first-round interviews

      • Provide ongoing professional development and coaching for tutors

      • Create and maintain tutor training materials and internal best practices

      • Offer 1:1 feedback and support to tutors, including relaying parent input

      • Track team progress and ensure timely delivery of educational services

      • Support Puerto Rico-based tutors with language or logistical needs

    • Educational Design & Program Execution

      • Allocate tutor teams to student needs and oversee the quality of deliverables

      • Draft and send feedback emails and make check-in calls to parents

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Team Leadership & Scheduling
